Grenell to focus on his existing role as US envoy for Kosovo-Serbia negotiations

Richard Grenell who on Monday resigned as US Ambassador to Germany will focus on his role as US presidential envoy on Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, according to Jennifer Jacobs senior White House reporter for Bloomberg.

United States National Security Advisor Robert O’Brien in a statement on Tuesday thanked Grenell for his service in Donald Trump’s Administration as Ambassador to Germany and Acting Director of National Intelligence. O’Brien confirmed that Grenell will continue working part-time with Trump’s Administration in his capacity as special envoy in Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. Bloomberg journalist retweeting O’Brien’s statement said that she was told Grenell will now focus on dialogue. “Trump ally Ric Grenell resigned from his role as ambassador to Germany on Monday. He is focusing on his existing role as special envoy for Serbia and Kosovo negotiations,” she tweeted. According to Jacobs Grenell moved on Monday into an office on the White House campus, in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building. /GazetaExpress/
