Kosovo Interior Minister Xhelal Svecla met KFOR Commander Franco Federici

Kosovo Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Svecla, hosted Wednesday KFOR Commander, Major General Franco Federici.

Minister Svecla thanked Federici on cooperation and continuous KFOR’s support to Kosovo emphasizing the importance of its troops for country’s security. “Minister Svecla informed Major General Federici on priorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in fighting organized crime and corruption, increase of institutional integrity and improvement of security for all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs said in a statement.

Both Svecla and COMKFOR emphasized good cooperation between the two institutions and expressed their readiness that this coordination to continue. /GazetaExpress/
