Kosovo reports no new deaths from coronavirus

Kosovo reported no new deaths from Covid-19 on Tuesday, according to the Ministry of Health.

Minister of Health Armend Zemaj in a Facebook post has thanked health sector employees for their dedication in coping with the COVID-19 pandemic since the first case was confirmed in Kosovo on 13 March.

The National Institute of Public Health in its daily bulletin said that 66 new cases have been tested positive in Kosovo in the last 24 hours bringing country’s total to 15,208. Since the first case was confirmed in early March 615 people have died from the virus. According to the Institute’s report 141 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours whereas number of those recovered has reached 12,815. The number of active coronavirus cases in Kosovo is 1,778. /GazetaExpress/
