PM Kurti visits Kosovo Intelligence Agency

Prime Minister Albin Kurti visited on Tuesday the Kosovo Intelligence Agency (KIA) marking today 11^th anniversary of its establishment.

“Today I visited the Kosovo Intelligence Agency for its 11th anniversary and thanked them for their service,” Kurti said in Twitter. “In a volatile region such as Western Balkans where we have had two failed coup d’etat in the last 3 years, their work is indispensable for the security of our country,” he said.

The Kosovo Intelligence Agency (KIA) was established one year after Kosovo declared independence, and is considered as one of the most important institutions of the state. While in opposition Kurti has criticised political appointments in intelligence Agency and promised depoliticisation of the KIA. /GazetaExpress/
