Kosovo citizens returning to Germany to do mandatory coronavirus test as of tomorrow

Kosovo’s Embassy in Germany has announced that as of Saturday, all Kosovo citizens, residing in Germany or who are in Kosovo for vacations will be obliged to do the COVID-19 test as soon as they enter Germany.

“As of 8 August 2020, at the decision of the German Government the COVID-19 testing will be mandatory as soon as you enter Germany. From the moment of testing until getting results, all should respect self-isolation measures. If the test is negative, the citizens will be allowed to go out of self-isolation. If the test is positive, then citizens will be obliged to follow rules and recommendations of the German health authorities,” Kosovo’s Embassy in Berlin said in a statement posted on Facebook. The Embassy said that citizens risk fines up to 25 thousand euro for disregarding this decision. /GazetaExpress/
