EU could make available up to €160 million for Kosovo to cope with coronavirus crisis

Head of the EU Office in Kosovo, Nataliya Apostolova, spoke on Monday with caretaker ministers of Economy and Finances Rozeta Hajdari and Besnik Bislimi respectively over situation created with the COVID-19 pandemic.

Apostolova aid the EU continues supporting Kosovo to deal with the coronavirus crisis. “Spoke today with Ministers Rozeta Hajdari and Besnik Bislimi on further EU support to Kosovo to fight COVID-19. Up to €160 million could be made available to Kosovo by EU in 2-6 months thru macro-financial assistance, budget support and IPA grants 2 support private sector, agriculture and alleviate poverty,” Apostolova wrote on Twitter. /GazetaExpress/
