The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has approved the timetable for electoral activities for the early elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, dated 07.06.2026.
According to this timeline, from today, 01.05.2026 to 07.05.2026 is the deadline for political parties registered with the CEC to declare their participation or non-participation in the elections.
During this time period, coalitions of political parties must also be declared to the CEC.
From 02.05.2026 to 10.05.2026, the CEC has set the deadline for the certification of new parties for the elections to be held on 07.06.2026.
The election campaign will start on 28.05.2026 and will last until the morning of 07.06.2026.
The period for submitting the list of candidates for deputies by parties will be from 02.05.2026 to 12.05.2026.
While the registration period for voters outside Kosovo will start from 06.05.2026 and will last until 17.05.2026, voting by mail will start from 25.05.2026 to 06.06.2026.
