A court in Pristina has revoked the arrest warrant against Milan Radoicic, deputy head of the Srpska List, a political entity representing Kosovo Serbs. Radoicic was wanted by Kosovo authorities suspected of being involved in killing of the Kosovo Serb political leader, Oliver Ivanovic, who was gunned down in Mitrovica North in January 2018.

According to media in Kosovo, the Basic Court in Pristina has approved a request of the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK) to revoke the arrest notice issued in 2020 suspected of committing criminal charges as member of an organized criminal group being involved in killing of Ivanovic, who was leader of the Civic Initiative Freedom, Democracy Justice, considered as rival to the Srpska List which is under Belgrade’s control.

After issuing of the arrest warrant Radoicic fled to Belgrade and was seen attending meetings with Serbian president Aleksandar Vucic and other senior politicians in Serbia.

The SPRK in 2019 has filed an indictment accusing six Kosovo Serbs of being involved in killing of Ivanovic. All the accused plead not guilty to charges. /GazetaExpress/
