All of the assets of the Minister of Education, Hajrullah Çeku, appear in the name of his wife: land inherited from the family worth 100 thousand euros and an apartment, also worth 100 thousand euros, purchased on credit in 2015.
In 2023, she also received a loan of 28,300 euros to purchase a car worth 27,000 euros. Çeku's annual income from his salary as a minister is 19,680 euros, while his wife has declared 11,724 euros in income. However, the asset declaration does not indicate that she has any savings.
Asked what vehicle he uses outside of official duty, Çeku said he uses his wife's car.
Elbert Krasniqi, minister at the Ministry of Local Government Administration, has declared land and meadows worth 146 thousand euros and a house worth 85 thousand euros on behalf of his parents. Krasniqi has also declared land worth 30 thousand euros on behalf of his wife.
While he himself declares that in 2023 and 2024 he purchased meadows and forests worth nearly 40 thousand euros (39.581).
In his wife's name, he also declared a car worth 17 thousand euros purchased in 2024 on credit, a car belonging to his parents worth 5 thousand euros, and other unspecified assets worth 9 thousand euros.
Krasniqi has declared 2 active loans in his name and one in his wife's name.
The annual income of Krasniqi, his wife, and parents is over 34 thousand euros.
Krasniqi told Betimi për Dijtësi that outside of official duties he uses his wife's and parents' car.
On the other hand, Hekuran Murati, Minister of Finance, has declared land over 17 acres worth 23 thousand euros, which he says he purchased with savings in 2017. A 41 square meter apartment purchased in 2018, worth 38 thousand euros, according to him with a loan from his family, a debt which he later repaid.
Murati also owns securities in Tesla, Allianz, Volkswagen and Netflix worth nearly 71 thousand euros, purchased in 2014 and 2020.
He stated that he has 6,700 euros in cash.
Murat has declared over 20,606 euros in salary income and 320 euros in dividends.
The Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning, Fitore Pacolli-Dalipi, has declared an apartment purchased with her husband worth 60 thousand euros in 2013, a garage owned by her husband worth 3 thousand 500 euros purchased through a loan in 2017.
She declared her husband's Audi car worth 5 thousand euros, which she reportedly purchased through credit and savings.
She declared 982 euros in cash, while her husband declared 16 euros.
For personal needs, her husband took out a loan of 10 thousand euros in August 2024.
Fitore Pacolli's annual income was 21,295 euros, while her husband, who works at KEK and was promoted to a position in 2024, declared 16,802 euros.
This year, her husband does not even appear as a shareholder of the Non-Governmental Organization "Defy Them Records", to which the Ministry of Culture had allocated funds several times.
The Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli, has no less than 200 thousand euros in savings.
Rizvanolli has declared a 91 square meter apartment worth 66 thousand euros, which he declared as a gift from his parents in 2014.
In her husband's name, she declared a car worth 16 thousand euros, which she wrote that she bought with savings.
She declared over 3 euros in cash in her husband's name.
Rizvanolli's annual income is 19,885 euros from her salary as a minister and 1,683 euros in interest from the bank. While on behalf of her husband, she has declared income of over 8,000 euros.
