PDK's prime ministerial candidate, Bedri Hamza, has declared three apartments, one in the name of his wife, an inherited house, three garages and a piece of land. He has also declared two cars in the name of his children and wife. He has declared 10,765 euros in cash, as well as over 2,000 euros for his wife and children.
Hamza has also declared two active loans. He declared annual income of 19,694 euros, as well as nearly 13,000 euros in income from his wife and children.
Meanwhile, the new MP, who was once Hamza's vice president, turns out to be a big saver.
Arian Tahiri, in 2022, purchased an apartment worth 118 thousand euros, as a co-investment with his wife, through the exchange of his previous apartment and a bank loan.
That same year, he also purchased a garage worth 6 thousand euros as a co-investment with his wife, as well as a parking lot worth 9 thousand euros in his wife's name.
In 2022, Tahiri also declared a car purchased for 30 thousand euros, with savings and loans, in his wife's name.
In his wife's name, he also declared an apartment worth 35 thousand euros, purchased in 2025. That same year, he also purchased a car worth 18 thousand euros, for which he said he secured the money from personal savings and support from family members.
Although he has bought an apartment, cars, parking spaces and garages from his savings, Tahiri still has 39,370 euros in cash left. He has also declared nearly 15,000 euros (14,773 euros) from the salaries of his parents and wife, as well as 2,200 euros in the children's accounts.
Regarding annual income, he declared 14,208 euros as salary, without indicating the institution, then 12,923 euros in income from the Municipality, 4,950 euros in dividends from his company and 7,500 euros from the sale of his car. He also declared over 53,000 euros in income from his wife and parents.
MP Tahiri, on behalf of his parents, has declared forests, fields, land, meadows, pastures and houses, all inherited, worth 223 thousand euros.
However, although he stated that he purchased the apartment and car with credit, Tahiri did not provide any details about the amount and repayment period of these loans.
Tahiri has not answered "Oath for Justice"'s questions about whether he has any active loans.
