COVID-19: Kosovo reports 17 coronavirus deaths in last 24 hours

Kosovo has recorded 17 coronavirus deaths in the latest 24-hour period – the highest daily figure in 2021.

The National Institute of Public Health in its daily update said that additional 781 cases have been tested positive in the last 24 hours.

The updated data of the Institute show that 764 people have recovered from the virus between Tuesday and Wednesday.

The latest data brings the total number of cases to 84,498 and the total deaths from COVID-19 is now 1,803. Currently there are 12,808 active COVID-19 cases in Kosovo. /GazetaExpress/
