US Security Advisor O’Brien thanks Thaci for his support on Kosovo-Serbia summit at the White House

US National Security Advisor, Robert O’Brien, replied a letter that Kosovo president Hashim Thaci sent him expressing his belief that only under US President Donald Trump’s leadership and engagement of O’Brien and Ambassador Richard Grenell an historic agreement between Kosovo and Serbia is possible.

O’Brien in his letter thanked Thaci his support on September 4 summit between Kosovo and Serbia at the White House which resulted on signing of an agreement on economic normalization. O’Brien said the progress made at the Washington will lay the foundation for a lasting peace agreement that will benefit Kosovo, Serbia, and the entire region. “Additionally, the commitment of mutual recognition between Kosovo and Israel is a historic step that demonstrates a true commitment to peace,” O’Brien wrote in his letter. /GazetaExpress/
