Trump: We stopped the 400 years Kosovo-Serbia conflict, now they hug and kiss each other

US President, Donald Trump, during an election rally in Nebraska has mentioned again how his Administration managed to bring together Kosovo and Serbia and reach an agreement in September 2020 at the White House. Trump said that he managed to stop “400 years of killing each other.”

“You know I got nominated for three Nobel Peace Prizes, can you believe it?” Trump is heard of saying to his supporters. “And for all different regions, like Kosovo and Serbia, we are doing deals, you know trade deals. I said wait a minute, aren’t they are always fighting each other? Yeah. For many decades. How did you know? I said, I know they fight each other all the time,” Trump said.  

Further Trump Said: “Tell them we are not going to do any business with them – they want our business, all right – we are not going to do any business unless we make a deal when  they stop killing each other. And you know what? It took about 20 minutes,” the US President said.

“They have been fighting for 40 years. I think they have been fighting for 400 years, you want to know the truth, but they have been fighting for a long time. They want to make a deal. All of the sudden, two months ago, they were in the Oval Office, hugging and kissing, that was easy,” Trump said.
