Kurti’s Chief of Staff says Kosovo will remove tariffs after Serbia stops derecognition campaign
Chief of Staff to Prime Minister of Kosovo,
Luan Dalipi, has reacted following US official statements who are pressing
Kosovo Government to drop 100 percent tax on Serbian imports.
Dalipi in a statement in Twitter said
Kosovo’s strategic alliance with the United States and democratic World is of
critical importance and the Government of Kosovo will do the utmost to preserve
and advance our relations.
“We will remove the tariff in its entirety
as soon as Serbia confirms that it will cease its derecognition campaign, as
well as remove its non-tariff barriers. This will set a strong foundation for a
prosperous dialogue and reciprocal relationship with Serbia,” Dalipi said. /GazetaExpress/
