On Wednesday Kosovo will get additional five thousand doses of COVID-19 vaccines, Gazeta Express reports.
will be travelling to the Western Balkans next week as the first COVID-19 vaccines, shared and funded by the European Union, arrive to the region. Varhelyi will visit Kosovo on Wednesday, the same day a new batch of vaccines arrives in the country.
Chairwoman of the Assembly’s Committee on Health, Fatmire Kollcaku, said that Kosovo will get around five thousand vaccines on Wednesday. She said that additional doses are expected in coming weeks.
Kosovo received last month the first contingent of 24 thousand Astra Zeneca vaccines as part of the COVA program. /GazetaExpress/
