Kosovo Prime Minister’s official spokesperson appointed: Perparim Kryeziu

Perparim Kryeziu will be the new Prime Minister’s official spokesperson. This was confirmed in a press release issued Monday by the Government of Kosovo headed by Albin Kurti, Gazeta Express reports.

Perparim Kryeziu is a graduate of the New University of Lisbon (Universidade NOVA de Lisboa), where he studied Economics and Organization Sociology. He was a Fellow of the SIGMA Agile program. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Sociology at the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”, from which he completed his final year at the University of Antwerp (Universtiteit Antwerpen) in Belgium, being a recipient of the JoinEU-SEE Scholarship. Both of these scholarships are funded by the European Union Commission. Perparim Kryeziu has also been a pioneering scholar of the US Department of State’s YES (Youth Exchange and Study) exchange program, through which he attended one year of high school in Vermont, United States.

For the past two years he has been an active participant in public discussions on the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue through written work and analysis and contribution to television debates.
