Kosovo President leaves Hague Prosecution Office, his questioning continues Tuesday
Kosovo President Hashim Thaci was seen leaving the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office (SPO) after more than six hours of questioning by the Hague prosecutors on his role as former political representative of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA).
The Hague prosecutors will continue questioning Thaci also on Tuesday. “I have answered questions that prosecutors were interested,” Thaci told briefly media while leaving the SPO premises. The SPO and the Kosovo Specialist Chambers were established in 2015 to prosecute and try alleged crimes committed by the KLA during 1998-1999 war with Serbia and on after war killings which happened in Kosovo. /Gazeta Express/
