Kosovo PM Kurti avoids answering why no meting US Envoy Grenell in Munich

Kosovo prime minister, Albin Kurti, has not commented why he has not met US special envoy on dialogue, Richard Grenell, while attending the Munich Security Conference over the weekend. Addressing media on Monday Kurti said he met many other meetings in Munich, Gazeta Express reports.

Kurti said the new Government of Kosovo is working on building bridges with international partners, in order to jointly achieve successes. Attending a ceremony on Monday marking 12^th anniversary of the Independence of Kosovo, Kurti has not commented why he has not met the US Presidential special envoy on Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Richard Grenell. Kosovo Prime Minister said that he had many meetings with international diplomats and politicians over the weekend in Munich, during the international security conference.

“I never had so many meetings with international diplomats and politicians within two days of the last weekend and I returned to Kosovo late on Sunday and here we are today celebrating 12^th anniversary of the Independence,” Kurti said and congratulated to all citizens the Independence Day. He said the new Government is working on explaining to international friends the position of Kosovo. “During international conferences we are discussing with our friends and allies with those who helped us and we are working patiently to explain our position and build bridges which are necessary for our joint success,” Kurti said. /GazetaExpress/
