voting. The Parliament has failed to ratify the Draft Law on ratification of
the Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and International Development Association
regarding the financing of the program – promotion and advancement of
opportunities for water security.

to ratify the Vital Emergency Liquidity Loan Agreement between the Republic of
Kosovo and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and; Finance
Contract between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Investment Bank for
the Wastewater Plant Project in Gjilan.
Parliament of Kosovo during plenary session Friday failed to include in its
agenda 35 unfinished items from previous plenary sessions which were also were
not addressed due to lack of quorum. Today’s session was not attended by MPs of
