Kosovo MP summoned by War Crimes Court

Member of Parliament of Kosovo, Elmi Recica, has been summoned for questioning by the Hague-based Specialist Prosecutor’s Office (SPO). The news has been confirmed by Ferizaj mayor, Agim Aliu, who as Recica are members of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK).

In a Facebook post, Aliu, said that Recica in his testimony will “reveal only one truth,” that “the KLA war with its blood and sacrifice made the dream of freedom reality.” In 2019 hundreds of ex-KLA members were summoned by the Special Court, established by Kosovo parliament to investigate and try alleged crimes committed by the KLA, and the invitations are continuing also in 2020 but no indictments have been filed yet. /GazetaExpress/
