in a Facebook post said the meeting expected to take place Friday in Shkodra,
Albania, has been postponed to October 2. The postponement was done at the
request of Kosovo PM who is expected to report at the Parliament of Kosovo on
Friday. “Because of the Parliament session, we agreed with Albanian prime
minister Edi Rama to postpone Friday’s meeting of our governments on October 2.
I want to thank PM Rama for his understanding and our joint teams tasked to prepare
