German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas visits Kosovo and Serbia

German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas is set to visit Kosovo on Thursday, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany. A day later Maas will travel to Belgrade.  

Maria Adebahr, spokeswoman of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs Minister Maas will discuss with Kosovo and Serbia officials on the dialogue and normalization of relations.

German Foreign Minister visits Kosovo after media reports on change of borders between the two countries. According to media, Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansa reportedly sent a “non-paper” to the EU proposing redrawing of borders in the Western Balkans. But the German Government has refuted these reports and opposed such ideas. German Foreign Minister Michael Roth in a Tweet has stated that he considers the idea as “dangerous.” /GazetaExpress/
