EP Rapporteur Von Cramon: Now is Hoti’s responsibility to form a stable Government of Kosovo

Member of European Parliament (EP) and Rapporteur for Kosovo, Viola von Cramon, called on Kosovo political parties to respect the decision of the Constitutional Court on forming new Government.

The Constitutional Court ruled late on Thursday that President Hashim Thaci’s decree on forming new Government is constitutional paving the way for Parliament to vote Avdullah Hoti of the LDK as new prime minister.

EP rapporteur asks the decision be respected by all and called prime minister designate to form a stable Government. “Rule of law means everyone needs to respect the decision of the Constitutional Court, there is no alternative way. Only elections can change the composition of the Assembly,” Von Cramon wrote on Twitter. “Now is Avdullah Hoti’s responsibility to try to find majority in the Assembly and form a stable government for Kosovo,” she said. /GazetaExpress/
