COVID in Kosovo: Over 2,700 positive cases and two further deaths reported in past 24 hours

A further 2,707 positive COVID-19 cases have been recorded in Kosovo today. Two additional coronavirus-related deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours, according to updated data of the National Institute of Public Health, Gazeta Express reports.

The Ministry of Health, in its latest update according to data from the National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo, informs as follows: 6,492 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been given in the last 24 hours. 1,754.334 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been given in all cities of Kosovo since the vaccination started. To date, 802,301 have been vaccinated with the second dose. 44,143 booster doses and 16,991 third doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been given. Of 11,144 tests made, 2,707 citizens tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.  Two further deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours. The total number of active cases is 21,668. /GazetaExpress/
