Apostolova on the Europe Day: Kosovo will get €160 million from the EU

Head of the EU Office in Kosovo, Nataliya Apostolova has congratulated all friends and partners on the Europe Day. Through a video-message she thanked all Europeans who are helping to fight COVID-19 pandemic.

Apostolova said the European Union has pledged over 160 million euro in the form of grants and loans for Kosovo which would serve to stabilise country’s economy. “The European Union is putting together economic support in the form of grants and loans with hundreds of millions of euros, to support economy and protect jobs threatened by the pandemic in Balkans,” she said “In Kosovo alone we are looking to provide over 160 million euros in macroeconomic stabilization and social-economic support. Kosovo can count on our support,” Apostolova stated. /GazetaExpress/
