Former chief negotiator of Kosovo in technical dialogue with Serbia, Edita Tahiri, is skeptical a final agreement between the two countries can be reached soon.
Tahiri who headed Pristina’s technical team in the EU-facilitated dialogue with Belgrade, says Kosovo is not prepared for the final phase of dialogue and lacks political and national unity on drafting a platform on dialogue. In an interview with RTV 21 Tahiri reiterated her stance against negotiations on borders, stating that redrawing borders would destabilize Balkans.
