Haradinaj opposes early elections in Kosovo

Former prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj, is against holding early elections after Albin Kurti’s Government was toppled last week in a no-confidence vote.

Leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) in opposition, said the dismissal of Government happened only after fifty days of work and holding another early election are counterproductive. “Elections are one of the options. The Government was short-lived but going to new elections is counterproductive. We are approaching municipal elections and election of the new president. Now it is impossible to hold also parliamentary elections. Most likely there will be a provisional government, or as I call it a government of national unity,” Haradinaj said in an interview with Syri TV. /GazetaExpress/
