Slovenian media Necenzurirano.si has published Thursday a non-paper that Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansa reportedly sent to the EU about changing borders in the Western Balkans proposing “peaceful dissolution” of Bosnia and Herzegovina, annexation of the Republika Srpska by Serbia and unification of Kosovo with Albania.

According to the media the Slovenian Prime Minister Jansa sent to Brussels this document proposing redrawing of borders in countries created after Yugoslavia fell apart. But no one has officially confirmed that the European Council president, Charles Michel, has received such a document from Slovenian leader, Gazeta Express reports.

The document among other things offers as a solution the unification of Kosovo and Albania, mentioning that 95 percent of the population want to unite with their Albanian nation of origin. “The situation is similar in Albania. The Border between Albania and Kosovo de facto does not exist,” it is written in the document. According to the non-paper in exchange the Serbian part of Kosovo is granted a special status following the model of the South Tyrol. /GazetaExpress/
