The spokesperson for the Central Election Commission (CEC), Valmir Elezi, has announced that the application period for voter registration outside Kosovo, which began on May 6 and will end on May 17, 2026, is continuing.
According to CEC data, published on Wednesday, as of May 13 at 10:00, 67,685 registration requests were received through the electronic platform, of which 61,500 were approved, while 5,858 were rejected and 301 are still under review.
Of the approved applications, 14,566 citizens have registered to vote physically at diplomatic missions, 1,605 have chosen to send the ballot package to the CEC mailbox in Kosovo, while 45,329 will send the ballot package to the mailbox abroad.
