Avdullah Hoti, prime minister designate said all the decisions which impede resumption of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue will be annulled.
Hoti made the comments after caretaker Government of Kosovo decided to extend reciprocal measures with Serbia triggering reaction of the EU Special Representative on Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, who said such actions undermine resumption of the EU-facilitated dialogue.
“Most recent decisions of the caretaker Government do not help the country, on the contrary obstruct it. It is known the reciprocity is organic part of our legal structure,” Hoti said in a statement posted on Facebook. “Today we need to support the dialogue with the help of our friends,” he said.
The LDK has nominated Hoti to form a new cabinet after Albin Kurti’s Government was ousted in a no-confidence vote on 25 March. The no-confidence motion was initiated by Hoti’s party the LDK after disagreements with Albin Kurti and his party the Vetevendosje. /GazetaExpress/
