Kosovo’s e-Speaker silent after questioning by Hague prosecutors

Kadri Veseli, chairman of the PDK and former speaker of Kosovo parliament, has not commented after on Tuesday he was questioned for three hours by the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office at the Hague.

All what former Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) seinor commander said about the questioning, was that he has received a summons and answered that summons. “I was summoned and I have answered that summons. This would be correct to speak about that environment. Due to the fact the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) was an uprising of the people,” Veseli told Klan Kosova TV after he was questioned by international prosecutors. “The KLA war is more like the tale of the diamond – the more you rub it the more it sparkles,” Veseli said. Former KLA commander who led the guerrilla’s intelligence during the war in Kosovo in 1998-1999, has not commented on what capacity he was summoned by Hague prosecutors, who are investigating alleged crimes committed by the KLA during and right after the war in Kosovo. /GazetaExpress/
