Kosovo reports 113 new COVID-19 cases, four deaths

Kosovo reported Wednesday a slight increase in daily COVID-19 cases and four additional deaths in the last 24 hours.

Kosovo recorded 113 new COVID-19 cases compared with 49 new cases a day earlier, official daily data showed. Kosovo’s death toll is now 2,217 people.

The National Institute of Public Health in its daily update announced that health institutions have tested 1,678 samples and 113 of them have been tested positive with COVID-19. The latest update brings country’s total of cases to 106,651.

In the last 24 hours also 316 patients have recovered bringing the number of those recovered to 98,539, whereas number of active COVID-19 cases in Kosovo stands at 5,895. /GazetaExpress/
