Kosovo protest denounces violence against women

Dozens of women and human rights activists joined Tuesday the demonstration in Kosovo’s capital Pristina in front of main institutions chanting the feminist anthem “The rapist is you!’ or “A Rapist in Your Path” of the Chile Group LasTesis’s  – in an attempt to raise awareness of sexual violence against women.

These demonstrations began in LasTesis’s home base in Valparaíso, Chile, in November 2019, and has since been performed in various corners of the globe. Kosovo women called on institutions put an end to impunity for violence against women. /GazetaExpress/
