The European Policy Institute of Kosovo (EPIK), an NGO monitoring the work of Kosovo institutions, says that Kosovo has stagnated in fulfilling the EU reforms in 2018.
In a report published on Thursday the EPIK institute says that in 2018 Kosovo institutions have completely fulfilled only five out of 22 priorities deriving from the European Reform Agenda (ERA), whereas 17 other priorities have not been fully implemented. Kosovo and the European Commission launched the ERA in 2017 a set of priorities on the rule of law, good governance competitiveness, environment on doing business, education and employment, which were ment to be fulfilled by the end of 2018. But according to EPIK until November 2018 Kosovo institutions managed to fully implement only five out of 22 measures. /GazetaExpress/
