Kosovo coronavirus death toll raises to five, 184 confirmed cases, 30 people recover

19 new coronavirus cases have been confirmed on Tuesday, in three group of tests carried out all over Kosovo. Health authorities announced Tuesday that six people have fully recovered from COVID-19.

Since 13 March when the first case was tested positive, Kosovo has registered 184 coronavirus cases. Five people have died, whereas 30 have recovered. The tiny municipality of Malisheva is struck the most with 60 confirmed cases.

Kosovo’s Institute of Public Health issued a statement confirming that six people have recovered on Tuesday, whereas number of those recovered so far is 30. From 08 February when the first tests were carried out untul 07 April, the Institute has tested 2,352 samples, and 184 out of them were tested positive with COVID-19. Five people have died and all of them had underlying conditions. The Institute of Public Health says that they are mapping all contacts of the already confirmed positive cases to contain further spread of virus. /GazetaExpress/
