A former member of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) from the Drenica region, has been summoned by the Hague-based Special prosecutor’s Office for questioning on his role during Kosovo war.
Zenel Shala, former KLA commander in the Drenica region told media that he has been summoned for interview on 5 November and was told that he will be interviewed in Pristina. Shala told Drenica Press that he was summoned through phone and was told that on 5 November will be interviewed without specifying on what capacity he was summoned. The Specialist Prosecutor’s office has summoned more than 100 ex-KLA members and civillians for questioning. Its mission is to investigate and prosecute alleged crimes committed by the KLA during and after the war in Kosovo. /GazetaExpress/
