Kosovo caretaker PM Kurti met KFOR Commander Risi

Kosovo’s outgoing prime minister Albin Kurti hosted Thursday KFOR Commander, General Michele Risi, Gazeta Express reports.  

According to a Government’s statement Kurti and Risis discussed security situation in Kosovo amdist coronavirus crisis, and the ongoing measures the Government of Kosovo has taken to prevent further spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. “Commander Risi expressed gratitude for the cooperation between the Government and KFOR and their readiness to deepen it. He underlined that in the face of the challenge we are facing, inter-institutional cooperation is inevitable and that maintaining security in the Republic of Kosovo is a common goal,” according to a press release issued by the Government of Kosovo. /GazetaExpress/
