The governments of Kosovo and Albania will meet Friday in Shkoder and are expected to sign agreements to promote their mutual relations.
Kosovo’s deputy prime minister, Albulena Balaj-Halimaj who is coordinator of organising the meeting, reporting Monday during Kosovo Government’s meeting said that most of the draft-agreements between the two countries have been concluded and will be officially signed during Friday’s joint meeting. /GazetaExpress/
