Kosovo adds 49 new COVID-19 cases, two more deaths

Kosovo added 49 new cases of COVID-19 on Friday, and two more residents have died from the virus.

The number of confirmed active COVID-19 cases in Kosovo dropped to 5,486, according to the daily update of the National Institute of Public Health, down from the 5,749 the previous day. According to the latest update 310 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours.

The latest addition of cases Friday brought the cumulative number of Kosovo citizens who been infected by COVID-19 to 106,803 people. Also 2,220 people have died in Kosovo since the pandemic began. /GazetaExpress/
