Kosovo prime minister Avdullah Hoti reporting at the Parliament of Kosovo told MPs that the Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM) will not be discussed with Serbia during the EU-facilitated dialogue in Brussels, adding that there is already an Agreement on the Associaiton  reached in  2013.

“Our position is clear: We will not open this topic in the dialogue, because there is an agreement signed in 2013 which has been ratified at the Parliament, and we have a ruling of the Constitutional  Court on  this issue,” Hoti said. He said that the aim of the EU-facilitated dialogue is reaching a final agreement offering solution to all outstanding issues between Kosovo and Serbia, Gazeta Express reports.

Lexo Edhe:

“We will not sign anything until we reach a comprehensive and legally binding agreement. The Agreement should offer solution to all outstanding issues between the two countries, otherwise there will be no deal,” Hoti told MPs. He called on all political parties represented in the Parliament to unite when it comes to the dialogue with Serbia. “Kosovo has the support of international partners on these negotiations. In only three months of my Government we managed to strengthen the consensus that the dialogue should be concluded with mutual recognition. I call on all political entities to unite on the dialogue issue,” Hoti said. /GazetaExpress/
