Head of EU Office in Kosovo, Nataliya Apostolova, said she feels disappointed with the MPs who failed to ratify international agreements during Parliament session on Thursday.

Apostolova in a Tweet said the political bickering of Kosovo MPs is depriving citizens to benefit from EU funds and support.

“Deeply disappointed with MPs failing to ratify yet another time international agreements today. Political bickering of KS people representatives is depriving the citizens to benefit from international and EU funds and support,” Apostolova wrote on Twitter.

During Parliament session on Thursday only 75 out of 85 MPs voted in favour which was insufficient for ratification of international agreements requiring two third of votes of MPs in a 120 seated Parliament.

Among international agreements which were not ratified on Thursday were also a deal signed between the EU and Kosovo on participation of Kosovo in Joint Program “Customs 2020”; and the Agreement on Kosovo’s participation in Joint Program “Fiscalis 2020.” /GazetaExpress/
