The Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina on Thursday submitted a request to the Basic Court in Pristina for the detention of singer Besart Kelmendi, known as Gjesti.
The singer was arrested a day ago on suspicion of "Unlicensed Weapons Possession", "Threats" and "Destruction or Damage to Property".

Sources from "Betimi për Drejtësi" report that the entire incident took place near the offices of the "Onima" studio, the cause of which is suspected to be a dispute over a previous debt, where the singer, armed with a gun, went to the studio offices and asked for the injured party, E.Sh., addressing the staff with the words "where are you, I'm going to kill you."
Further, it is reported that since the singer did not find the injured party in the studio offices, in a sign of revolt regarding the dispute over debt payments, he damaged the studio's computers, tables, and windows, causing material damage to the injured party.
Meanwhile, according to sources, when the police went to the offices of "Onima", they found the singer with a gun in his hand, which was seized. /Oath for Justice/
