Opinionist Agon Maliqi has stated that the Vetëvendosje Movement, led by Albin Kurti, cannot reach 60 percent of the vote in the June 7 elections.
This statement comes after Kurti said today that LVV aims to get 60 percent of the votes in the upcoming elections. Maliqi, invited to KlanKosova, said that expectations and electoral reality are two different things.
"Now, to borrow another statement… wishes are one thing and facts are another. We don't know how the electorate will react to these changes, it could go anywhere. I think it's very realistic to expect us to get back closer to that 41%, rather than repeating 51%, let alone increasing to 60%. Many factors indicate that this is the most realistic scenario," he said.
