Journalist Valon Syla has reacted after being held for 48 hours in detention.
He said he had an argument with his girlfriend, apologizing to both families. But he says it wasn't about physical violence.
Syla also mentioned the acting Minister of Justice Albulena Haxhiu for the way she approached the case.

Reaction to the public, friends and media
I just got out of 2 days of arrest, and I woke up to write to those of you who wrote to me and reported.
First of all, my girlfriend is too nice and particular for me to be violent, which I am not, in the sense that can be understood in public as boxing, kicking, or beating... this case has nothing to do with such a thing, but it was more of an argument or a chat... with arm-wrestling and not boxing, kicking, or beating (you can find the rest in the court file) and for which I apologize to her, her family, and mine, and especially to her mother and mine.
In short, with the desire and nervousness of the argument, we ended up at the police station to register the case...
They released me at 8:30 in the morning with regular procedure and I went home where I slept because I was tired, but free... But, here something else happened... after 5 hours the police came to the door and asked me to go back to the station and at 13:30 with 2 additional questions by order of the Prosecutor they sent me to detention for 48 hours... no facts had changed since they released me in the morning or nothing additional had happened, it was simply a measure that was executed with pressure from above...
My girlfriend didn't ask for this or even plan for it... nor did she agree with such a measure, but it seemed more like pressure on justice, which is also seen in the statuses of Justice Minister Albulena Haxhiu, who writes about why people who appear on TV have an easier time.
And here we see how politics suddenly wants to solve our love disputes and take care of us in prison without the wishes of our loved ones.
This measure also cost me 2 days in jail, and I was branded as a violent monster... it was done in a way that was not legally valid... I was accused of domestic violence, without even being in a family relationship or cohabitation.
An argument and the subsequent nervousness of the moment was classified as psychological violence... and most importantly, I was judged by the Minister of Justice, the exponents of VV and the crowd, the legal trial has not yet begun and there is still no indictment...
So in these days I tell you that I believe in justice and justice will triumph.
I also apologize to you, my friends, for thinking that I might have beaten someone… and God forbid, my dearest one. I never beat anyone in elementary school or high school… but since you don't believe me, call me when you have problems with women… I'll help you out and make you think.
In the coming days I will explain everything on TV... but this was a quick reaction for those who follow the cliques and pressures of reactions.
On this occasion, I thank the police, the judges, and my colleagues for not suspecting me. But I apologize for making you think that I could be so evil.
