President Donald Trump issued a new threat to Iran, saying the US will sink any Iranian ship that approaches the US blockade of Iranian ports, CNN writes.
Trump claimed that while the Iranian navy has been "totally destroyed," the US has not sunk its "fast attack craft," warning that if they approach the blockade, the US Navy will use the same tactics as against suspected drug trafficking vessels.
"Warning: If any of these ships come even slightly close to our BLOCKADE, they will be ELIMINATED immediately, using the same strike system we use against drug traffickers on ships at sea. It's fast and brutal," he said in a post on Truth Social.
