Summer is ending, school is starting, the weather is getting colder, but Monday Marks continues with full suggestions of where to go, what to see, where to drink raki and sing, and where to dance. Super top list from Suzanne Podcast, which airs on T7 every second Friday.
Summer is slipping away from us like ice cream in the heat of July, but don't worry, September is coming with a whole arsenal of events to pull you out of the summer lethargy.
If you want serious theater, Ferizaj has the Theater Festival ready from September 1 to 5 with performances and music, and if you want raki, wine and fun, Rahovec awaits you from September 5-7 with Hardh Fest, grapes, wine, Tommy Cash and Aurela Gaçe. In Pristina, the Queer Festival on September 6-7 brings color, diversity and a flea market, while Jazz Catz starts the season on September 2 with Ilir Bajri and a jam session.
For those who want to party, September 7th brings Street Party at Kafe e Vogla, under the open sky. Exhibitions? Yes, full: Dion Zeqiri in Gjilan, Dastid Miluka in Tirana, Made by Stern at Dudi's Pub on September 1st.
For the empty stomach and the inquisitive soul, September 4th brings the Balkan Fusion Pop-up at Tutto Vino with Balkan flavors and music by DJ Jungle, while September 6th brings the pop-up shop at Lavjerr's with art, design and hip hop by DJ Tesa. And if you want a bit of sea and a unique concept, September 2-4th, MOMAFAD in the Bay of Vlora turns villages, ancient cities and islands into museums for a day.
So, summer is over, but the agenda is already heating up.
