The Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina, respectively the General Department, announces that by order of the State Prosecutor, nine vehicles have been seized which are suspected of having been obtained through the criminal offense of ''Computer Fraud'', according to Article 277/K, of Law No. 08/L-188 on supplementing and amending the Criminal Code No. 06/L-074 of the Republic of Kosovo.
"The seized vehicles are of different brands, namely: Three (3) Seat Leon cars, two (2) Volkswagen Polos, one (1) Golf 8, one (1) Audi A6, one (1) Volkswagen Jetta and one (1) Peugeot 2008 Allure," the prosecution announced.
The State Prosecutor has issued an order for the temporary seizure of this property, in order to secure it until the conclusion of the criminal proceedings, the announcement states.
