The news agency reported that these three ships were not heading towards Iranian ports and therefore were not included in the blockade.

The Peace Gulf, a Panamanian-flagged medium-range tanker, was heading to the port of Hamriyah in the United Arab Emirates. The ship usually carries Iranian naphtha, a petroleum product used to make plastics and chemicals.
The Murlikishan, a US-sanctioned tanker, was sailing to Iraq to load heavy oil. The ship, previously known as the MKA, has been transporting Russian and Iranian oil.
The Rich Starry, a Chinese-flagged and US-sanctioned vessel that would be the first to pass through the Strait of Hormuz, is near the Gulf of Oman. It is carrying about 250,000 barrels of methanol, which it has loaded at its final port, Hamriyah in the United Arab Emirates./Express/
