A new court hearing on the fire at the "Puls" discotheque, where Goran Ignovski, owner of a company that sold stage performance equipment, such as lighting and sound systems, testified. He stated that Pancho, along with a member of the DNK group, had purchased 8 fireworks from him a year and a half before the tragedy in Kocani, even though he was selling them illegally.
Ignovski said he is convinced that the pyrotechnics that caused the fire at the disco were not his, because the ones he sold had an explosion height of up to 2 meters, while those in Kocani were about 3 meters high.
The issue of whether witness Ignovski should also be charged with illegally importing pyrotechnics was raised in the courtroom, but the prosecution responded by emphasizing that the cause of the victims' death was not the fire itself, but the fact that they had no way to get out of the discotheque.
