Protesters have begun gathering in support of students, who are demanding that they be allowed to take the jurisprudence exam in Albanian.
The protest is expected to start in a few minutes, in front of the Stone Bridge.
Increased police forces are also seen on the ground, reports RTV 21, which published some footage shortly before the start of the protest.
